Our Favourite Custom-Built Homes 2022
This year has been an exciting one as we have collaborated with clients to build their dream homes across the mid north Coast. We can honestly say we have loved all the bespoke homes we created in 2022. Just like people say dogs reflect their owners, our homes are built to reflect the uniqueness of our clients and their lifestyles. Through developing understanding of our clients’ personalities, passions, ways of living and dreams for the future we have been able to create homes that deliver on every aspect of their Wishlist.
We’ve picked three custom-built homes from 2022 that really stood out as great examples of customised living.

1. A stunning built-for-purpose luxury holiday home.
Designed and built to maximise the stunning natural views, this boomerang-style home is split across two wings, featuring a central pool. The ultimate luxury holiday home to accommodate up to ten people.
Featuring a master suite in its own private wing, an entertainer’s kitchen with walk in butlers’ area, media room to fit all guests, and bathrooms with dual rain showers and standalone bath, this holiday home has everything a discerning guest would expect from a luxury accommodation.
A mix of rural comfort with aspects of coastal charm. Each aspect of the home was designed to enable connection with the beautiful setting, enabling enjoyment of the views from the living area, whilst relaxing in the bath or reading a book on the many window seats incorporated throughout the home.
Koala Lane, a luxury 5-bedroom home with pool, located in the idyllic Bonville area, is named after the small colony of Koala’s who live close by. Koala Lane is available to book on Coffs Coast Accommodation. Donations to the Koala Hospital will be made for each holiday booking.
2. A Palm Spring Inspired Oasis with additional living
The next favourite is our new double storey display home, which we have poured so much love and joy into through 2022. This display has been designed in Palm Springs style to showcase how you can play with colour and texture inside your home.
Built with many new features and design finishes. Our display is set to inspire. Featuring some special finishes, from innovative use of new Laminex Batton 75 paneling, to the newly launched Austral face bricks surrounding the fireplace. There’s two-step cornice and a large, fixed window over the stairs, a stunning kitchen with butlers and bar area and even a granny flat out the back.

3. A luxury custom-built family home for work, living and play
This one-of-a-kind custom design was created for a young family. It’s a spacious family home focused on the important things, rather than big features, with dedicated work-from-home spaces to outdoor play spaces. This home is created from a dream wish list, crafting considered spaces with intentional multipurpose.
It also incorporates many beautiful design features from a salt and pepper brick mix, adding interest to the Hamptons inspired façade, to a stunning staircase and an inviting alfresco leading to a level yard – perfect for a growing family.
Added ambience has been added throughout the home, including adding lowered steps into the media room and bespoke lighting. Practicality and usage of the home is paramount, we always ensure our designs maximise the potential of your space and this home does exactly that.
Through close collaboration with electrical and communications specialists, this home also delivers an advanced work from home set up, a must have for our clients dream Wishlist. The home also offers many sustainable features including solar power and hot water systems.
Located in North Boambee Valley, this custom plan is now known as the Madison 385.
