We know that no family is the same, that’s why we take the time to understand our clients, their needs and how we can create a modern and functional design that’s perfectly suited to them.

We invite you to explore our designs, with opportunity to tweak or build upon an existing design, or start from scratch with a bespoke home.
From an initial home and lifestyle briefing session we will present you with a custom sketch + estimate of your future home.
Next, upon an initial small deposit we collaborate further on the design concept and finer details. A personalised detailed home design is crafted, establishing the floor plans, facade and finer details.
At Hopwood Homes, we like to think both our design and build journey set us apart.
You’ll receive access to our home owners portal, enabling you to access your build progress and review design options anywhere at anytime.
Design selections are not one size fits all, instead you’ll receive invitations into ‘Hopwood HQ’ for in person design selection and advice.
We’ll also meet regularly on site, giving you opportunity to see key milestones from slab-pour and frame construction trough to installation and facade etc.
